Articulo 30 . Los planes de emergencia para los diferentes niveles, producto de la coordinación de los planes sectoriales, serán elaborados en las reparticiones de la Defensa, Civil Colombiana que tengan las funciones de planeación sobre prevención y atención de desastres y para su vigencia deberán ser aprobados por el respectivo Comité de Emergencia.
