Transitoriedad, vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga el Decreto 991 de 1998, el artículo 31 del Decreto 2350 del 17 de octubre de 1991 y demás normas que le sean contrarias. Las investigaciones que se encuentren en curso con determinación preliminar, a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, continuarán rigiéndose por la norma anterior hasta su culminación.
