Cuando la operación del monopolio rentístico creado por el artículo 42 de la Ley 10 de 1990 se efectúe a través de personas jurídicas de derecho privado, los costos y gastos de inversión, producción, administración, venta y publicidad, se regirán de conformidad con las normas que a ellas las regulan.
