ARTICULO 341. Circunstancias de agravación punitiva por lesiones culposas. Las circunstancias de agravación previstas en el Artículo 330, lo serán también de las lesiones culposas y las penas previstas para este delito se aumentarán en la proporción indicada en ese artículo.
