Para la prolongación del ferrocarril del Sur, que está construido de Bogotá

a Sibaté, aprópiase hasta la suma de quince mil pesos ($ 15,000) mensuales, más los productos líquidos del ferrocarril.

Esta partida se incluirá en los respectivos Presupuestos.
