Ámbito de aplicación. Las disposiciones del presente capítulo serán aplicables al Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, a los vehículos financieros aportantes de recursos al Fondo; a las personas jurídicas públicas, privadas o mixtas que aporten recursos al Fondo o sean ejecutoras de sus recursos; a quienes sean beneficiarias; a los órganos de administración y dirección, legales y contractuales; y a la sociedad fiduciaria vocera y administradora del Fondo para la Vida y la Biodiversidad.
