Establécese el recurso de revisión para aquellas causas criminales que al veredicto condenatorio hubiere precedido otro absolutorio. En este caso el reo no podrá ejercitar el recurso sino después de haber recobrado su libertad por cumplimiento de la pena corporal que le hubiere sido impuesta.
