Art. 5.° De igual modo se ausilio a los distritos de Colosó, en la Provincia de Sinceléjo, Estado soberano de Bolívar, i Gaira en el Estado soberano del Magdalena, con la suma de mil pesos (1,000) a cada uno de ellos, para qee sean destinados i enviados respectivamente, en los mismos términos del artículo anterior. El Poder Ejecutivo nacional cuidará también de que las expresadas sumas tengan la inversion destinada en esta lei.
