SUBSIDIO FAMILIAR. De conformidad con las normas legales vigentes que regulan el pago del subsidio familiar, los miembros del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional, tendrán derecho, a partir del 1º de enero de 1995, al pago de un siete por ciento (7%) adicional por tal concepto, sin constituir factor salarial, el cual se pagará por unidad familiar, con cargo al presupuesto del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, Inpec.

La anterior prestación se establece sin perjuicio del subsidio familiar a que tienen derecho los funcionarios de acuerdo con las normas vigentes.
