Condición de asegurabilidad. El que desee acogerse a los beneficios de este seguro, deberá asegurar todas las producciones de igual clase que posea en el territorio nacional y que se encuentren incluidas en el Plan Anual de Seguro para el ejercicio de que se trate. Esta condición constituye una garantía dentro del contrato del seguro.
