OTORGAMIENTO DE LA CONDENA DE EJECUCION CONDICIONAL. Se dará cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 67 de este Código y se fijará el término dentro del cual el beneficiado debe reparar los danos ocasionados con el delito. Cuando existan bienes secuestrados, decomisados o embargados, que garanticen íntegramente la indemnización, no se fijará término para la reparación de los daños.
