Artículo cuarto. Las sanciones establecidas por los artículos anteriores, se aumentarán de una tercera parte a la mitad si

a)

La ofensa se dirige a un Cuerpo Político, Administrativo, Judicial, Militar o Eclesiástico, o a un representante suyo;

b)

O, en general, a funcionarios o empleados públicos que ejerzan mando o jurisdicción.;

c)

O a un miembro de las Fuerzas Armadas;

d)

O a un miembro de las Fuerzas Armadas; Siàstica.
