°. Vinculación de nuevas entidades. Las entidades que se vinculen al Grupo Bicentenario con posterioridad a la expedición del presente decreto ley, deberán adoptar todas las medidas para la homogeneización de sus asuntos de gobernanza dentro de los sesenta (60) días hábiles siguientes al registro de la vinculación en su libro de registro de accionistas.
