Artículo quinto. Quien se respalde con la Credencial de Expendedor de Drogas para ejercer la farmacia o la medicina homeopática y alopática, incurre en ejercicio ilegal de estas profesiones y la Credencial le será cancelada sin perjuicio de las sanciones que señalan el artículo 30 del Decreto 522 de 1971 y las- demás normas pertinentes.
