º Las becas no se adjudican automáticamente; deberán ser solicitadas por escrito ante el rector del plantel en el cual los alumnos terminen el último grado cuya aprobación acrediten. El rector queda en la obligación de presentar oportunamente las solicitudes ante la correspondiente oficina regional del ICETEX. El incumplimiento de esta obligación por parte del rector será causal de mal conducta.
