La autoridad que dispusiere el pago de remuneraciones contraviniendo las prescripciones del presente decreto, será responsable de los valores indebidamente pagados y estará sujeta a las sanciones fiscales, administrativas, penales y civiles previstas en la ley. La Contraloría General de la República velará por el cumplimiento de esta disposición. Los decentes no podrán percibir sumas diferentes a las obtenidas en aplicación del presente decreto.
