Artículo décimo. Los permisos que se concedan con base en el artículo 10 del Decreto materia de esta reglamentación, facultan para ejercer únicamente en el Municipio o Corregimiento de la vecindad actual del interesado en la fecha en que presentó la demanda o en las poblaciones donde no existan dentistas o farmacéuticos titulados, para lo cual deben previamente cumplir los requisitos que tal disposición determina.
