º . El Director de la OCCRE en desarrollo de sus funciones, deberá

Someter para la aprobación de la Junta Directiva el informe anual de actividades antes del último día del mes de febrero;

Informar a la autoridad competente sobre las personas que se encuentren en situación irregular en el departamento, de conformidad con los lineamientos establecidos en el Decreto 2762 de 1991 y en el presente decreto, para efectos de que se adopten las acciones legales pertinentes;

Las demás que le señalen las disposiciones legales pertinentes y la Junta Directiva de conformidad con la ley.
