Las licencias de transporte, expedidas por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía serán válidas hasta su vencimiento, al término del cual deberán hacer el registro ordenado en el presente Decreto. Las licencias de transporte que la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto se encuentren en trámite, serán expedidas por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
