° Para efectos de prestaciones sociales el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional computará tiempo doble de servicio a los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Mili tares, Oficiales, Suboficiales y Agentes de la Policía Nacional durante el lapso comprendido entre el 26 de febrero de 1971 y el 29 de diciembre de 1973.
