Articulo 25 . Plazo para el cumplimiento de recomendaciones . Si el concepto de los funcionarios es desfavorable se concederá un plazo hasta de treinta (30) días hábiles prorrogable por una sola vez y por un término igual para que el interesado proceda al cumplimiento de las recomendaciones consignadas en el acta. Esta prorroga se concederá cuando se demuestre plenamente que las causas de su incumplimiento son justificadas.
