Las solicitudes de autorizaciones por concepto de, gastos indispensables para la conservación de la red, así como la petición de materiales, baterías y aparatos, las formularán los respectivos Inspectores Generales.
Los Inspectores Generales legalizarán mensualmente los gastos ejecutados y autorizados previamente por el Ministerio, de acuerdo con las prescripciones establecidas por la Contraloría General.
