Las Juntas respectivas tendrán autonomía para el manejo de los fondos, désempe|
ñaran sus funciones ad honorem , tendrán un Tesorero remunerado, a quien se exigirá fianza de manejo; las cuentas detalladas serán llevadas por este y rendidas al Tribunal de Cuentas del respectivo Departamento.
Las Juntas harán la tasación del impuesto sujeta a la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo, el cual reglamentara también las funciones de aquellas.
