Si los hechos materia del proceso disciplinario fueren, además, constitutivos de delito perseguible de oficio, se ordenará ponerlos en conocimiento del Juez competente, acompañándole copia autorizada de los necesarios. La existencia de un proceso penal sobre los mismos hechos no dará lugar a suspensión de la actuación disciplinaria.
