Selección mediante convocatoria.Las entidades a través de las cuales se adelanten los proyectos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se seleccionarán mediante convocatoria pública en la cual se divulgarán de manera precisa, las condiciones fijadas por el Programa para el respectivo proyecto.
