A los Magistrados del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, de la Corte Constitucional, de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Consejo de Estado se les reconocerán las pensiones teniendo en cuenta los mismos factores salariales y cuantías de los Senadores de la República y Representantes a la Cámara en los términos establecidos en las normas legales vigentes.
