Terminación de la modalidad. La modalidad de exportación temporal terminará si dentro del plazo fijado se presenta una de las siguientes situaciones

Reimportación por perfeccionamiento pasivo.

Exportación definitiva.

Reimportación en el mismo estado, cuando la mercancía no pudo ser sometida al perfeccionamiento pasivo que motivó la exportación.

Destrucción de la mercancía en el exterior debidamente acreditada ante la Aduana.
