Los fondos sin personería jurídica que hayan sido autorizados legalmente, deberán presentar sus presupuestos antes del 31 de enero de 1988 para aprobación por parte de la Dirección General, del Presupuesto. Dichos presupuestos deberán sujetarse estrictamente a las apropiaciones, sin variación ni de su cuantía ni destinación.
