Consecuencias de la aplicación de una medida sanitaria de seguridad o preventiva. Aplicada una medida sanitaria de seguridad o preventiva, se procederá inmediatamente a iniciar el respectivo procedimiento sancionatorio, el cual debe adelantar la oficina jurídica de la entidad territorial correspondiente, con el apoyo técnico si es el caso de la respectiva entidad.
