El Gobierno Nacional adoptará las medidas necesarias para garantizar que en el Secop se lleve a cabo el registro de iniciativas de asociación público-privadas, sus procesos de selección y los contratos desarrollados bajo esquemas de asociaciones público- privadas que tengan por objeto el desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructura del transporte.

Para el efecto, el Registro Único de Asociación Público Privada (RUAPP), previsto en el artículo 25 de la Ley 1508 de 2012 se integrará al Sistema Electrónico para la Contratación Pública (Secop), o el sistema que haga sus veces.
