Derogáse el Artículo 8o. de la Ley 40 de 1911 y con consecuencia podrán ser incorporados en el Cuerpo de Inválidos los militares que en ejercicio de sus funciones fueren víctimas de accidentes que les produzca invalidez absoluta.

Parágrafo

Tienen igual derecho los individuos que sin ser militares en servicio activo hubieren prestado tales servicios a consecuencia de los cuales fueren declarados inválidos absolutos de acuerdo con las prescripciones de la Ley 40 d 1911. En este caso la pensión que se les conceda será de ochenta

pesos ($80).
