Articulo 3° El Departamento de Irrigación del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional continuará tramitando los negocios de que actualmente conoce en el Departamento del Tolima, pero podrá remitir a la Comisión aquellos cuya tramitación considere deba ser continuada por ésta.
