Fúndase en la capital de la república una Sociedad central de Agricultura nacional, compuesta de nueve individuos caracterizados que quieran componerla, para prestar a la Nacion ese servicio gratuito i patriótico, con sus respectivos miembros suplentes, nombrados todos por el Poder Ejecutivo.
