Asimismo, destinase la suma de cinco mil pesos ($5.000) para los gastos que demande la erección de un busto al General Cosme Marulanda, en la población de Marulanda, del Departamento de Caldas.

Ordénase la colocación del busto del General Rafael Uribe Uribe costeado por suscripción popular, en la plaza principal de Valparaíso (Antioquia), cuna del benemérito servidor público que esta Ley honra.
