Vicepresidentes. Los Vicepresidentes, en su orden, sustituyen al Presidente, ejerciendo sus funciones en caso de vacancia, ausencia o imposibilidad de éste. Desempeñan, además, otras funciones que les encomienden el Presidente o la Mesa Directiva.

La falta absoluta del Presidente se suple con una nueva elección, para el resto del período; en la temporal, asume las funciones el Vicepresidente y, en su defecto, el Congresista según el orden alfabético en la respectiva Corporación.
