Patrimonio. El patrimonio de los fondos de empleados estará conformado por:

1.

Los aportes sociales individuales.

2.

Los aportes amortizados.

3.

Las reservas y fondos permanentes.

4.

Las donaciones y auxilios que reciban con destino a su incremen­to patrimonial.

5.

Los excedentes del ejercicio que no tengan destinación específi­ca.
