Todo propietario o empresario de cualquier teatro, lugar de espectáculos, sala de concierto o festivales, o estación radioemisora o de televisión, en donde se representen o ejecuten obras teatrales o musicales de autores nacionales o extranjeros, están obligados a pagar a sus autores, o representantes, o causahabientes, los correspondientes derechos de autor.
