La amnistía de que trata el artículo 50 de la presente ley también podrá estar representada en dinero, en cuyo caso no se exigirá prueba de su existencia en 31 de diciembre de 1986, distinta de la afirmación que de tal hecho haga el contribuyente en su declaración de renta y complementarios.
