Decreto 3640 de 2009 · por el cual se fijan las fechas de expedición de Títulos de Tesorería - TES Ley 546.

°. Fechas de Expedición de Títulos de Tesorería –TES– Ley 546. Para hacer efectivo el pago de los alivios hipotecarios a las entidades acreedoras de conformidad con la Ley 546 de 1999, la expedición de Títulos de Tesorería –TES– Ley 546 se realizará el día veintiocho (28) de cada mes, iniciando en septiembre de 2009 y hasta enero de 2010.

Parágrafo

Para la expedición de los Títulos de Tesorería –TES– Ley 546 en las fechas establecidas en el presente artículo, se aplicará el procedimiento previsto por el artículo 3° del Decreto 249 de 2000 modificado parcialmente por el artículo 2° del Decreto 2221 de 2000.
