A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, los soldadosy grumetes aprendices de las Fuerzas Militare, devengarán la suma de quince pesos ($ 15) mensuales.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno elevará las asignaciones mensuales del personal de Clases y Marinería de la Armada, en la misma proporción de aumentos que se fije al personal de Suboficiales del Ejército, cuando no existan equivalencias entre el personal de estas dos armas.
