º PROCEDIMIENTO DE VENTA DE LAS ACCIONES A QUE SE REFIERE EL NUMERAL 1º DEL ARTICULO 3º. Las acciones a que se refiere el numeral 1º del artículo 3º del presente Decreto se podrán adquirir por medio de las bolsas de valores del país mediante el mecanismo de oferta pública a precio fijo que hará el Fondo. En el aviso de oferta el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras señalará la forma, plazo y condiciones en que los proponentes deben hacer su oferta de compra.
