Vencido el término de prueba, y previo concepto del Agente del Ministerio público, el Juez fallara dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes; pero antes de dictar sentencia podrá recoger, ordenar y practicar de oficio todas las informaciones, datos, inspecciones, etc., que considere conducentes para mejor proveer. En eta caso el término establecido para dictar sentencia podrá prorrogarse hasta por veinte (20) días más.
