Previa la expedición de los "Pagarés de la Reforma Urbana", las entidades autorizadas para emitirlos, deberán remitir al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección General de Crédito Público-, el acto administrativo que ordene la emisión, para el registro de que trata el artículo 18 de la Ley 43 de 1987. Los plazos y condiciones señalados en dicha disposición se hacen extensivos para el registro de los Pagarés.
