Las sociedades comerciales domiciliadas en el departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en el capítulo primero, excepto los contenidos en el literal A numerales 1, 3 y 5 del artículo 7° de la presente ley y suscriban el respectivo contrato de admisión, tendrán un tratamiento equivalente al de los proyectos industriales calificados como elegibles dentro de las Zonas Especiales Económicas de Exportación. El gobierno reglamentará lo pertinente.
