Plan de inversiones y gastos . La entidad administradora del Fondo Nacional de Fomento Hortifrutícola elaborará cada año, antes del primero de octubre, el Plan de Inversiones y Gastos para el año siguiente, discriminado por programas y proyectos, el cual sólo podrá ser ejecutado una vez haya sido aprobado por la Junta Directiva del Fondo Nacional de Fomento Hortifrutícola.
