La Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas, podrá establecer subsidios hasta por un 50% del costo del consumo de energía eléctrica para bombeo en acueductos públicos, en los municipios de las categorías Sexta, Quinta y Cuarta definidas en el artículo 6º de la Ley 136 de 1994.
