ARTICULO 33 . Patrimonio. - El patrimonio de la Caja de Vivienda Militar está constituido por

Los bienes muebles e inmuebles que haya adquirido o llegare a adquirir, así como todas aquellas inversiones temporales y depósitos en dinero o en especie que, siendo de su propiedad, posea a cualquier título;

Las acciones, participaciones o aportes en sociedades o empresas organizadas o que se organicen, de conformidad con su objeto social o con las autorizaciones legales;

Las donaciones que se hagan a la Caja de Vivienda Militar por parte de entidades públicas o personas naturales o jurídicas de derecho privado, con autorización de la Junta Directiva.
