Artículo primero . Las sanciones por infracción a las disposiciones sobre sanidad agropecuaria, de que trata el Decreto-ley numero 1795 de 1950, se impondrán con arreglo al procedimiento señalado en los Artículos 36 y 37 del Decreto número 1234 de 1949.
