Desígnase al doctor Ricardo Agudelo Sedano, identificado con la cédula de ciudadanía número 13479401 de Cúcuta, Norte de Santander, como liquidador de la Promotora de Vacaciones y Recreación Social, Prosocial, quien en el desempeño de las funciones de su cargo estará sujeto a las previsiones consagradas por el Decreto 01 del 3 de enero de 2001 y demás disposiciones legales sobre la materia.
