ARTICULO 37 . REVOCATORIA DE LA COMISION DE ESTUDIOS. El Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, podrá revocar en cualquier momento la comisión de estudios y exigir que el empleado reasuma las funciones de su empleo, cuando por cualquier medio aparezca demostrado que el rendimiento en el estudio, la asistencia o la disciplina no son satisfactorios, o se han incumplido las obligaciones pactadas o las necesidades del servicio así lo requieran.
